At Around the Table, each gathering is thoughtfully curated with limited seats, customised menus and advance preparation. As a result, our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for guests with the logistics of hosting intimate experiences.
Ticketed Events & Supper Clubs

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

This includes (but is not limited to) supper clubs, brunches, house concerts, workshops, and special experiences.
Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else.

Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the event with the replacement guest’s name and contact details.
Cancellations by Around the Table

In the unlikely event that we cancel an event, guests will receive:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer their booking to a future event.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of emergencies, refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion. Please write to us with details, and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
