Refund policy

At Around the Table, each gathering is thoughtfully curated with limited seats, customised menus and advance preparation. As a result, our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for guests with the logistics of hosting intimate experiences.

Ticketed Events & Supper Clubs

  • All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) supper clubs, brunches, house concerts, workshops, and special experiences.

 

Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else.

  • Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the event with the replacement guest’s name and contact details.

 

Cancellations by Around the Table

  • In the unlikely event that we cancel an event, guests will receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer their booking to a future event.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases of emergencies, refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion. Please write to us with details, and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.

By booking a seat, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
